To support our growth and reinforce our financial strength, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Ange Fabrice GUIDY as Group Chief Financial Officer.
With a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Mundiapolis University in Casablanca, Mr. GUIDY brings over 13 years’ solid experience in the mining industry in Côte d’Ivoire and the West African sub-region, with expertise in finance, auditing and strategic management.
During his career, he started out as an analyst with BICIBOURSE, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group in Côte d’Ivoire. He subsequently held key roles as Supervisor and Engagement Director at EY Côte d’Ivoire, before joining Roxgold SANGO, a subsidiary of the Fortuna Silver Mines group, as Finance Director.

During his career, he has managed major strategic and operational responsibilities, contributing to the performance of the organizations he has supported.
Within the IDC Group, he will play a key role in supporting our sustainable growth and optimizing the management of our financial resources.
